We aim to provide the best service possible for every customer and if they aren’t satisfied then we offer a 30 day, no-quibble money back guarantee. This applies to all web hosting and site builder associated services.
Occasionally things do go wrong – we’re not infallible. It may be that you really didn’t require web hosting and it was only after the first few days that you realised that it was unnecessary.
It could be that easy though the control panel is, it wasn’t for you – we’re not all computer minded, and you weren’t comfortable.
Whatever reason that you have for not wishing to continue, we understand. We don’t want an unhappy customer who is tied to a contract and is resentful about it. We would much prefer to – metaphorically speaking – shake hands on it, and go in our separate directions.

Items Which We Can’t Refund

The major item which can’t be refunded is for the domain name registration. Unfortunately once the name has been registered, then that’s it.
Apart from the domain name, virtually everything else can be refunded within the initial 30 day period. After that time, a refund is at the discretion of the management – however, as long as there is a valid reason, they are usually quite amenable.

How to Action Your Request for a Refund

This is really simple and all that needs to be done is to contact the eSupport Help Desk and get a support ticket for the specific product and also give the Order Number. Should there be a domain name, it will speed matters up if you state that you’re aware that the domain name can’t be refunded.
The Hep Desk will then process the refund without asking any further questions.
